Two Johns
When I moved to Korea in the 90’s, I often visited a friend’s house who lived in a rural area. They only had an outhouse that had no toilets and no running water. Once I moved back to the states, I visited Korea once in a while and saw the country develop rapidly. A particular thing I noticed was the installation of bidets at homes, it was a sign of wealth and health consciousness. America is rich, richer than a lot of other nations, yet it fails to provide a decent universal healthcare compared to other not so rich nations. This piece aims to point out that lack of healthcare through humor.
